Legal right to cancel the purchase
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you should only contact Doly at the email address infocliente@dolydoly.com, communicating your decision. Once this communication is received, Doly will indicate the place and the way of sending the order.
The merchandise must be unused and with all its original labels, packaging and accessory elements that came with it. If this is not the case, Doly reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its perfect condition, the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made by the client. The amount of the shipping costs paid is not refunded. Due to promotional codes or offers, shipping costs are sometimes not charged to the buyer, which does not mean that they do not exist and of course, in case of withdrawal they will detract from the return. You can check our shipping costs in the "delivery" section.
In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal, we grant you a period of 30 days from the confirmation of shipment to return the products for change of size or manufacturing defect.
After the contractual return period of 30 days, no refund will be made to the consumer.

Refund for Change of size
Doly will bear the costs of returning and shipping the new product at the first change of size, being free in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Returns of orders from other places are the responsibility of the buyer and it will be he who assumes the costs of return and new shipping.
If the reason for the return is the first change in size, we will pick up your order and after checking the condition of the merchandise we will send you the new size at no cost to you as long as it is the same product.
To do this, you must notify us through the email infocliente@dolydoly.com within 30 days from the confirmation of shipment, and indicate the size for which you want to change the first product purchased.
In any case, the products to be changed must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Once received, we will check your status. The moment we verify that the merchandise is in perfect condition, we will proceed to change the size.
In any case, you must prepare the item or items that you want to return in their original box, including a printed copy of the order confirmation that was sent to you by email at the time of purchase.
If you need a second change of size or model, it will be the customer who must bear the costs of returning and shipping a new product. In the event that your purchase includes several products and you need to make several changes in size, you must do them all at once, so make sure that you are satisfied with the size of the products that you are not going to return.

Refund for manufacturing defect
If you want to return a product due to manufacturing defect, we will bear the costs of returning and replacing a product with identical characteristics.
In the cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract, you must notify us at the email address infocliente@dolydoly.com within 30 days from the confirmation of shipment, providing the product data, as well as the damage it suffers and justifying the defects with photographs to authorize the return.
In this case, you must prepare the item to be returned in its original box, including a printed copy of the order confirmation inside and send it to the address we provide. Once the returned product has been examined and the defect or defect has been confirmed, all the amounts paid by you in the purchase and return process will be reimbursed. The return will be made in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
